The location was marvellous and unique, down from the mountains. The breakfasts were amazing and enjoyable with rolls and fruits.

Lots of food at breakfast like breads and scrambled eggs. Excellent and beautiful location near to the mountains of north-central Portugal, the centre of town and a medieval castle, great base for visiting restaurants and bars not far from the hotel...

The hotel was beautiful historical and relaxing, we can recommend. The staff was very very helpful and attentive, always on hand when needed. Its location in Manteigas was particularly good and amazing, very close to the Casa Das Obras and the walking trails. We had lunch in the traditional restaurant.

Kind staff, authentic rooms with other decor. Amazing and very good breakfast option with local cheeses. Unique, stunning location so close to a manor house. Also, wonderful to relax after hiking. Certainly a superb experience for one night in Manteigas.

It had nice location close enough to shops. The rooms were heated and immaculately clean here with good TV, a well stocked mini-bar at reasonable prices plus comfortable sofas.

the room we booked was reasonably spacious and heated and there was a spotlessly clean bathroom. the breakfast had a lot of good options, and was wonderful. this accommodation was in the central location in a manor house from the 1700s.

The best part of our FANTASTIC stay was the very very good and excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, cakes plus local fresh products. Location: the hotel was very close to Portugal.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Das Obras Bed & Breakfast. Amelia, the host, was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The house itself is simply stunning, a true testament to the 18th and 19th-century architecture it embodies. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, blending perfectly with the overall ambiance of the house. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely amazing! We loved all the homemade products that were served. The leisure room with the snooker pool table and other games was a great addition to our stay. it was an unforgettable experience.

can recommend this place. it's fairly clean hotel nestled in an elegant style building in the excellent area. its location close to the heart of manteigas is favourable and stunning. the place to have lunch at a moderate distance from the venue is o olival. i loved very helpful personnel that ensures guests have a very nice stay.

It was a gorgeous hotel, nesteled in a classic building. Everyone was incredibly nice and courteous as well as host. We stayed in a perfect room, which had a view of street. Marvellous location by the mountains was a plus. It was also close to neighbourhood of crossing N338 and N339 and artifacts from the past long ago and the garden.
